Buzzell Solutions LLC runs managed maintenance programs for advanced manufacturing facilities across New England. Our team of licensed, insured technicians works on-site — weekly, and in some cases daily — managing your equipment with the structure and accountability of an in-house maintenance department.

Our Founder
Jim Buzzell has spent 19 years maintaining complex industrial equipment in some of New England’s most demanding facilities. Plant after plant, he saw the same gap: critical equipment running on skipped PMs, undocumented fixes, and know-how that walked out the door whenever a technician left.
He built Buzzell Solutions to close that gap for good: embedded technicians, a management team that holds every program to the same standard, and WOMS, the company’s own work order system, so every job, PM, and repair is on record and visible to the client. The results speak for themselves: zero missed PMs, and clients who have kept us on for more than four years.
